This addition to the complex programmatic typology of Newark Aims to create and enhance the art-centric atmosphere of  growing Newark. This Art Center follows the programmatic lead of Art Center’s such as the “Torpedo Factory” and the “Goggle  Works” by mixing public art amenities with community driven spaces and allowing these programs to become the spirit  of the site. 

The typology used in this project is meant to rep-resent the organization of a mall through the activities of creating and gathering. In addition to providing for Newark’s Artists, this addition to Lincoln Park also provides greatly needed green space opportunities for community to gather.
